For Ignacio Mariano Martinez de Galinsoga (1766–1797), physician and botanist who held many important positions, including being a member of the Spanish Court and advisor on medical matters, and physician to Maria Luisa of Parma (1751–1819), queen consort and wife of King Charles IV of Spain. He was director of the Botanical Garden of Madrid and Chemistry Laboratory, president of the Royal College of Medicine (Madrid), director of real practice medicine studies, first general of the Royal Medical Armies, and an inspector of the Royal Practice Medicine Academy of Barcelona, the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Zaragoza, and the Valladolid Academy of Surgery. He was a knight of the Royal and Distinguished Spanish Order of Charles III.
