Shortly hairy hemi-parasitic perennial, sparsely branched above. Leaves narrow and lightly toothed. Flowers on long pedicels in lax racemes, cream with a purple throat. Nov.--Mar. Damp mountain slopes, SW, KM, LB, SE (Cape Peninsula to Mpumalanga).
