Single-stemmed shrub to 1.5 m, covered below with dry leaves. Leaves lanceolate, striate, green or yellowish green, margins coarsely toothed. Flowers nodding in conical racemes, salmon. Feb.--Mar. Karroid scrub, KM, LB, SE (Ladismith to Grahamstown).
