Erect to spreading perennial to 40 cm. Leaves opposite, lanceolate to ovate. Flowers in sessile rounded clusters, tubular, white to cream, shortly pedicellate, petals 2--4 mm long. Dec.--Mar. Dry rocky slopes, SW, KM, LB, SE (Cape Hangklip to KwaZulu-Natal).
