Erect, stiffly branched shrublet to 30 cm. Leaves fused, sheath to 2 mm long, erect, upper side flat, back surface keeled, glaucous, to 23 4 mm. Flowers stalked, pink, to 15 mm diam. Fruits without closing body. Sept. ?, NW (Nieuwoudtville).
