Dioecious, deciduous shrub or tree to 23 m. Leaves trifoliolate, leaflets stalked, ovate to ovate-lanceolate, weakly undulate. Flowers pale green. Drupes round, shiny. Nov.--Mar. Forest, LB, SE (Grootvadersbos to Zimbabwe).
