Cormous geophyte, 15--50 cm, stems usually with slender branches. Leaves linear to lanceolate, 1--3-veined. Flowers deep pink with dark markings, tube 7--10 mm, anthers shortly apiculate. Jan.--Apr. Sandstone slopes, NW, SW, LB, SE (Gifberg to Humansdorp).
